The Scriptures Inspired. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to man, the infallible rule of faith and conduct, and is superior to conscience and reason, but not contrary to reason. (II Tim. 3:15-17; I Peter 1:23-25; Heb. 4:12)
The One True God. We believe in one God who is eternal in His existence, Triune in His manifestation, being both Father, Son and Holy Ghost AND that He is Sovereign and Absolute in His authority.(Colossians 2:9, Deuteronomy 6:4)
The Deity of Jesus Christ. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, bodily resurrection , and ascension unto the right hand of Almighty God is the cornerstone of our faith. We also believe that His all-sufficient power and atoning blood saves and cleanses us, through confession and repentance of sin, and faith in Christ Jesus alone. We believe that in Jesus Christ lies the fullness of the Godhead bodily. He is fully God and fully man.(John 1:1; Luke 1:35; Matt. 28:6; Acts 7:55; Heb. 9:14; Rom. 10:9,10)
Salvation. We believe that salvation is received through belief in Jesus Christ and the finished work of Calvary. We believe that all have sinned and have fallen short of God’s glory and that repentance is required by God and is necessary for the forgiveness of sins. (John 3:16, Rom. 10:9, Ephesians 2:8-9)
Baptism in Water. We believe that the ordinance of baptism should be observed as commanded in the Scriptures by all who have repented and who have believed on Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ. (Acts 2:38, Acts 10:48, Galatians 3:27)
Baptism of the Holy Spirit. We believe that all believers are entitled to, and should ardently expect and earnestly seek, the promise of the Father, the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and Fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in speaking in tongues as the spirit gives utterance as an initial physical sign of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. However, we believe that the evidence of the Holy Spirit’s indwelling is a changed life through the expression of the fruits of the Spirit. (Matthew 3:11, Acts 2:4, Acts 2:38)
Christian Conduct. We believe that holiness is God’s standard of living for his people.By God’s help, we should strive to serve the Lord our God with all of our heart, mind, and strength with a pure heart and a right spirit. We believe that we are called to live in integrity in the sight of both God and man. (Romans 12:1-2, Ephesians 4:22-24)
Worship. We believe in worshiping the Lord in spirit, song, dance and with the raising of our hands. We believe that we are to praise and worship Him with our whole being. (Psalm 150:1-6, John 4:24)
